Sup guys i just joined this forum because after research i know JKD is for me. I want to start training my body for about a month before I start learning JKD as i used to be a smoker. So i have two questions.

How/where can i get info on training for Iron Fists technique?

with $500 start off budget what are the best learning tools?

I am hoping to become a great master of JKD as i am a dedicated person. IBut the main thing i want to gain is a concentrated and focused mind.
Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Thanx

well no one has answered this one so I'll try to give you some advice, $500 dollars thats a good start. if you dont have a school or gym (jkd, wing chun, kali, muay thai, boxing, wrestling, etc)near home to join, then solo training is the other option. some good instructional books, and videos and/or dvds, and equipment...wooden dummy, punching bags, speed ball, large mirror, weights, etc. once you get some of this stuff I'm sure you can find someone to train with you. as far as the iron fist, hand or palm etc. it is rare to find a master of this skill who is willing to pass his knowledge to just anyone, as this skill really needs much dedication and time to learn properly, without self injury to yourself. any way many people have heard the stories of blackbelts whom can break boards, and tiles, etc. but can they really fight? remeber what sijo Bruce Lee said: "boards don't hit back!" ...
if your still interested in iron hand training check thislink...http://www.wle.com//products/vhg38c.html
goodluck!
