I just wanted to know if anybody had good tips on weight-lifting. I just joined a gym that specializes in sports training and I'm doing well, but I need a few pointers to help me become better.
You don't need more then 1 hour of training. Warm up for 10 minutes, lift your weights, stretch the muscles you are using in between sets and go threw a full body stretch after your training session. Oh, and eat a little bit of food 1-2 hours before you train or a protien shake would be even better.
