Hmmm...maybe people wouldn't take you the wrong way if you didn't talk "at" the forum community. The purpose is for interaction not for enough said type statements.
It is great that you have experience in the arts, but be aware that you don't know the level of experience of the various forum members. Everyone is judged on the merits of their writing...nothing more. Here or any forum for that matter it is important to really pay attention to what you write and post so that you can attempt to actually convey what you mean.
You can not state that you call it how you see it in a forum where you do not see anything first hand and therefore can only judge things or individuals on the basis of the written word when it comes to topics in the forum.
We are all here to "share" experiences and information, not to "prove" a point or "teach" anyone. There are probably a great deal of instructors that post here, however, you do not see them attempting to teach all of us what they know. Sharing and learning from others experiences is the name of the game. You just have to know how to convey it properly so that you do not get hostile responses.
I offer this advice to you to help avoid further "misunderstandings" of your posts.
