SUGAR Is The Enemy!

December 23 2004, 10:27 AM

Hello!

It is simple sugar that you want to remove from your diet! Also, avoid white potatoes, rice, pasta, carrots, corn and anything else that the body immediately converts to sugar. Also, limit fat intake to a minimum, mainly leaving out fried foods and harmful oils. Concentrate on more protein and complex carbohydrates in your diet. This is a safe way to assure that any weight that you do gain will be lean muscle mass.

Keep Blasting!
