I am of slim build and was reading an article about these powerup muscle fruit bars that help with muscle grwoth and repair, are these true to name ?
its about as true as protien shakes (my opinion way better) and meating chicken and beef or steak.
Also important note after lifting weights you have 45 minute a window for eating protien (builds muscle) . anda 30 minute window to eat carbs (sugar) whcih helps transport the prottien to your muscles faster and more effective . so after you work out your muscles. try drinking a protien shake ,chicken-beef , or protien bar , with a glass of fruit juice which will help get you lean muscles.
