I am very interested in Martial Arts and an important thing in Martial Arts is elasticity (if my research is correct). There's only one problem that I have. I feel as though I'm stretching the wrong way. I was just wondering if anyone could help me with proper stretching.

Living in simplicity + Living happy = Good life

how do YOU stretch??
simple stretches such as touching your toes.rotating half splits . rotating your shoulders. raising you calfs to touch your buttox. is good enough if you stretch them for a decent amount of time. jump!ng jacks or even better jump ropes.
elasticity can be important. but so is every day exercising . such as strength training(hitting the gym or doing at home exercises such as situps push ups pullups{as many as you can}), cardio (running, or extensive amount of jump rope etc)and cordination of were exactly you would like to strike. and confidence in yourself.
