Hello everybody! I hope that you are all well and happy.

I've been hearing about Sim Lum Tao a lot, in regards to Jeet Kune Do. I have been searching for any information as to what Sim Lum Tao is, however, all of my searching has turned up one thing--- Bupkis.

I would like to know if anyone can explain what Sim Lum Tao is. And, if it isn't too much to ask--- Can anyone give me some websites that will help me understand Sim Lum Tao?

Thank you.

THE BASIC MOVES FOR PUNCHS, DEFLECTIONS, AND WHERE TO KEEP YOUR ARMS AND NOT GO OUT SIDE OF THE CERTAIN PEREMETERS. THE BEST BOOK IS BY JAMES Y. LEE ( WING CHUN KUNG FU) HE WAS THE FIRST ON THE SUBJECT IN BOOK FORM.

DONT LET SOME OTHER EXPERT WHO'S SELLING HIS BOOK, DVD, TELL YOU DIFFERENT OR TAKE HIS CLASS OVER THE INTERNET. SOME LOSER WILL WILL CON INTO SOMETHING OF HOW HE KNOWS BRUCE LEE OR HE MET SOMEONE WHO TRAINED WITH BRUCE LEE AND AND MADE HIM A GRAND MASTER.
