I was wondering what amount of bosy fat some of u have i have 12% to 13% body fat and i did know if that was alot compared to some here.

I just had mine hydrostatically measured at 6.3%

I went from 178 lbd to 163 lbs in order to compete in the California State Bench Press Championships and had my body fat measured 3 days later.

I normally like to be between 7-8 %
