Drills to go by

I've been using Jab-Cross-Jab-Cross-Hook as the main lead.
but where do i slip in the Backfist-Hammer and Overhead.
in between or after the hook?

Can a cross be a lead or second to the lead jab with a double end bag?

Which is a good blast? Ching chue or High punch to middle to lo?
