hello i've been training jkd for about 5 1/2 yrs i started by attending a 2 day seminar given by Dave Durch and since then i have followed the lessons of Paul Vunak via his tapes on energy drills then i built my own whin chun dummy then purchase Mr. Vunak's tape for work on the dummy. progressive street fighting systems is what i practise is there a book that can teach more whin chun moves, that relate to jkd, on the wooden dummy. can anybody help me.

Ive been training by myself for around the same ammount of time you have. Its nice to see another Vunak fan, dont let anybody tell you that Vunak is a fake because he is probably the only one really doing what bruce wanted for all to do, and that is being yourself in jkd. Ohh sorry, about the wing chun dummy ive never used one so i wouldnt know, as far as trapping goes i only know the pak sao and lop sao
