| In order to insure the quality of messages in the forum, we have implemented something called "Patron Status." This is essentially a way to differentiate the contributions of posters and give them privileges in the forum accordingly. |
Rules of the Group

| Everyone starts out as a guest of our forum and after they have established a track record of several quality contributions, while using their Network54 user name, they will be promoted as a Senior Patron. Messages written by guests are not added until they are reviewed for content. Messages entered by Seniors will show up in the forum immediately. This is all very complicated. Why are we doing this? Simple. Our goal is to provide a unique, yet enlightened and inoffensive forum. If we allow anyone to write messages, a lot of misinformation and/or offensive remarks will undoubtedly get posted. With this system, posters can still write messages; they just need to prove themselves before they are given full privileges. Please note that before accepted members write a message, they must first login with their username and password. This way, their post will appear immediately, as promised.
