According to published estimate, it will cost Amumara people living in America and Canada (ADU-USA Inc.) $60,000.00 to finish construction of the remaining wings of the Amumara Civic Hall. Considering that the 2003 New Jersey Convention Mandate required us to complete the hall in three years, what's your opinion with regard to spending this money?
