Slanderous messages are neither condoned nor encouraged and the PCTNDB assumes no responsibility for messages posted by anyone but the administrator. YOU and only YOU are responsible for YOUR messages, so do not post slanderous rumors about private or public citizens because you might provoke a lawsuit.

Do not post while using another person's nickname (imping). Anonymous is allowed, but I hate it. (I like for people to have their OWN nickname or real name, is so desired.)

Do not be obscene. Remember that your mother, your preacher, your 6-year-old child or brother or even a law enforcement official might be reading your message. I do know of some law enforcement officials that DO read this forum.

If you absolutely MUST be raunchy to get your message across, use a little imagination and innuendo to clean up your language.

Try to be courteous.

Flaming is discouraged but allowed (surprise!) but try to remember the above rules and don't start whining if you're counter-flamed.
