Airgun Sport Quarry Gallery

I dropped this this crow out of a tall pine from 45 yards with a 7.9 grain CPL and a tuned R7. It has been a long, hard battle between me and the crows but I finally landed my first one! Things sure did quiet down here!

Ken went on a squirrel hunt with two friends that were shooting powder burners. They took a combined limit of 15 squirrels within a few hours. The powder burners took 6 between them, while the S410 landed nine!. Both friends now say they're going to get an S410. Two more converts and a good job Ken!

Seems this guy was trying to keep Rob from sleeping in by raising a ruckus. Bad move because the Condor was itching to reclaim the quiet morning at any distance. The Kodiak sailed 83 yards cutting this bird across the wing connects and knocking it back into a puff of feathers. Now maybe some folks can sleep late. Nice shot Rob. That distance is what most airgunners only dream about!

Jim does some house cleaning with the Air Arms S410 Carbine. This is considered by many as one of the most accurate PCP airguns available. And lets not forget to give Jim his share of the credit by making this perfect shot on a nutter.

James H was using the HB22 to round up this bounty. It is amazing what one man can do with a pistol after a bit of practice! This .22 caliber pistol proves what knockdown power is all about.

YoteHunter was busy after school working on his mathematic, adding up sparrows shot from the brush. His Gamo Shadow 1000 landed 4 shots using Crosman HPs. The three trophies pictured were well chilled. I think the cat might have ran away with number four! Nice shooting Yote!

Laying low is the way to go! Clint knocked out this nutter from 15 yards with a .22 caliber JSB Exact launched from his Talon SS. Fitted with a bipod and a BSA Platinum 8-32x44 AO Scope, this squirrel never stood a chance. Another excellent shot!

Tim took his first squirrel from 20 yards with the B4-2 Chinese springer. This gal was racing up a tall tree. Aiming for the shoulder, the .22 caliber pellet stuck low but completed the mission. Can't wait to see what recipe Tim uses on this tender snack! Nice shot Tim and thanks for the photograph.

Jim reported a nice day hunting in spite of never even sighting a rabbit. Soaking up the 75 degree temperatures while the north east glazes over with wind chill temps as low as -20 degrees F could be one reason. Another reason could be the excellent company of both his Wife and Air Ranger. As for the chipper, he was watching in amazement a bit too long. Jim sent him a 30 yard message he'll never forget. "Watch out for those Air Rangers. They will kill you every time!" Perfect shot Jim!

Sniperdad69 was quick to the draw on what could have been the one that got away. Maybe one day soon I'll take my first crow! Good shot David, and a nice photograph.

At 30 + pounds, this pest won't be harassing Mom's pet peacock any longer. James H. landed a neck shot followed by another shot up through the jaw for a fast & fatal blow to the brain, dethroning this rather large raccoon. The Shadow's new main spring seems to be working just fine, as is evident by the quarry in this excellent photograph. I hope Mom enjoys the prize and the peacock can once again enjoy her company! Good work James.

After missing the first jack rabbit of the day by a MilDot, Jim landed this second one from 70 yards after a 430 yard stalk. His .177 caliber Talon SS spit out the 10.5 grain pellet sending the quarry into a half-circle followed by the death dance. Nice work with that MilDot scope Jim. Rabbit stew for all tonight!

Most guys would be happy with a cake, but Kerry preferred rabbit stew for his 37th Birthday. Using a red lamp mounted on his Patriot, he aims right between the eyes shining back at him in the dark of night. Good shot and Happy 37th Kerry!

James H. hit this Grackle in thick brazillian peppers 10 yards to the side of a trail. His HB22 delivered a .22 Crosman Point to the chest & spun this guy right around the branch. Great job with that HB22 James H.. Can't wait to see the new pimped out version!

Sometimes the best of shots can't kill a tough varmint. LedLauncher's 1377 carbine initiated a debilitating blow to the head. Sarah grabbed this squirrel by the head and snapped its neck. A team effort by man and dog make for great hunting!
