Here are two shots of my Monogram 1/48 scale "HiTech" F4C courtesy of Gene Korotky.  I

rescribed the entire model and replaced all lights with scratchbuilt or MV lenses.  I also scratchbuilt

the intake FOD covers.  I used the kit decals, but the razorbacks in the kit are incorrect since they're

not handed, so I cut out the blue outline, applied it over a white decal, and used the hogs from the

ESCI 1/72 F100D.  Natural metal areas were done with household aluminum foil, later stained with

washes and pastels.  Finish is Testors Model Master enamel with decals applied directly to the flat

paint using a solution of white glue, distilled water, and Solvaset; all oversprayed with Floquil RR

clear flat.
