What positions do you think we need to add to the herd, if any?

Co-lead stallion-for days since the main lead stallion is on late at night Central Standard Time.
Co-lead mare-for days since I can't get on too often on days.
Caretaker-I think we need at least two or three since there are so many foals about to be born.
